The Rocks of Peiraiki

The Rocks of Peiraiki (Ta Vrachia tis Peiraikis) is a seafood/fish taverna in Piraeus. The atmosphere is simple and traditional, and it’s a local favorite. During the weekends it might be crowded, so it’s best to go early in the afternoon before locals arrive for lunch.

Reason to Go

The prices are very reasonable and the food, when it comes to both fish and side-dishes, is excellent and prepared with quality ingredients. The restaurant is located along the coast, so you’ll have a view of the sea if you sit outside. A visit here can also be combined with a nice walk by the sea which, if you don’t plan to visit an island during your stay, is a good way to get a summer feeling.
