Thalassino Ageri

Thalassino Ageri is a fish taverna that is a classic choice for both locals and, for the last couple of years, tourists. It’s not located in downtown Chania but in a neighborhood that’s not far, called Chalepa.

People visit Thalassino Ageri for both its food and scenery! The food is delicious and you can order both fish and seafood. The location is amazing and so atmospheric. The tables are literally next to the sea and, while you’re enjoying your food, you can hear the waves hitting the rocks. If you visit the restaurant before sunset, you’ll also get a view of the beautiful old houses surrounding the little bay.
