MG Bar

MG Bar is a very small, after-hours bar located in Mavili Square, which is a neighborhood half an hour away by foot from Syntagma, or two stops away with the blue metro line. The music selection usually consists of indie or rock tunes, but it generally varies.

Reason to go

As with many after-hours places, you go there to prolong an amazing evening — that, or you’re just a little reluctant to go home! When this moment arrives, MG is a place to go and listen to random music with rock and indie highlights. You will mingle with others who also want the party to continue and on a Saturday night you can stay until at least 7 a.m, as far as my experience goes.
