The 7 Jokers Bar

The 7 Jokers is a small bar close to Syntagma Square that also operates as a café during the day. The music they play is primarily rock or indie. It is a classic choice and has been popular for many years. Due to its small size, the bar can get full even when there aren’t that many people.

Reason to Go

The 7 Jokers has professional service and a nice wooden bar with an impressive display of liquor bottles. I would go there for early drinks, when you can get the feeling that the hour is later than it really is as the place is dark and cozy. It would also be one of my first choices in the early hours of the morning, after 3 a.m. or even after 4 or 5 a.m. on a Saturday night. The reason for this is that The 7 Jokers is one of the few places that gets full again around that time and, as the night wears on, the music might turn to a more party vibe.
